After taking the Fitness Test, record your baseline data here.

Then, sign up for a one-on-one Zoom session with Vinnie. During this session you will work together to:

  • analyze your fitness test results
  • set a S.M.A.R.T goal based on your test results
  • design a plan for reaching your goal
  • discuss next steps for executing your plan
